The Parking Spot provides affordable parking near many airports nationwide. With 37 locations at 24 U.S. airports, The Parking Spot make a great alternative to normal airport parking. On my last trip, I used The Parking Spot as a parking alternative to the airport because I was tired of paying those high airport parking fees.
In Dallas their are 3 locations of The Parking Spot. I chose to park at The Parking Spot – North since it is the closest to where I live. Currently the DFW airport is revamping the highway system and the North location has easy access to and from the airport and is outside the construction zone, which was extremely convenient.
Once I got to the parking lot, within 2 minutes an attendant drove to our covered spot and picked us up and helped us get our luggage on the bus. He even gave us a card with our exact parking spot for our arrival back to Dallas.
The bus took us to the airport in less than 10 minutes and dropped us off near our ticket gate for Frontier. Jason and I were traveling to Denver to see my sister Blair. She’s going to school at the University of Northern Colorado at Greeley. Go Bears!! Here what the inside of the bus looks like. The interior of the bus was very nice with black leather seats trimmed in yellow.
Did you know that The Parking Spot offers detail services while you are on your trip? Their services start at $24.95 for the basic package which includes a hand wash and micro-fiber towel dry. They even clean the rims and vacuum the interiors, clean the dash and console. I didn’t get my car detailed, but I might next time!
On our way back to Dallas, The Parking Spot picked us up at our terminal. We only waited less than 5 minutes for a bus to come around. With frequent shuttles that come every 5 to 7 minutes, luggage assistance, complimentary bottled water upon exit, complimentary USA today on Monday through Friday, and their loyalty program, The Spot Club, The Parking Spot is a win-win in my book.
The Spot Club allows you to earn a free day after just seven days of paid parking. On your next visit to The Parking Spot, just ask your parking attendant for a card to register online for the program.
Prices are $9.95 for uncovered parking and $11.95 for covered parking, which isn’t bad considering at parking at Dallas International Airport can run as high as $20/day for covered terminal parking and that’s without bringing you to your terminal!
Plus, The Parking Spot is now offering travelers up to 25 percent off parking as part of its “More Spots, More Savings” national promotion head over to the website for more details.
