:: Melt in Your Mouth Chocolate Cookies ::
Here lately, I’m in a hurry! Do you ever feel like that … racing through life and needing to cut corners to save time? Well, this recipe is quick and it is a good way to make something homemade-ish when you are low on supplies and short on kitchen prep time, but don’t want to skip on tastiness. While not all cake mix cookies are created equally, these are THE BEST cake mix cookies I’ve ever made … so yummy and so easy. ENJOY and take a little time for yourself by eating one of these as you run your next errand!
Ingredients:
1 pkg. Betty Crocker Chocolate Fudge Cake mix
1/3 c. salad oil
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
Mix well, will be stiff. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper lined baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes or until set. Be careful not to overcook.
(Original recipe called for this be be baked in a greased 13 x 9 pan for 12-15 minutes, or until edges begin to pull away from the pan).
You can find the original recipe at www.cooks.com, as EASY BAR COOKIES. It called for a yellow cake mix, instead of chocolate.
